FLAMMA’s chefs combine modern techniques and styles of cooking alongside the highest quality, in-season ingredients from Spain and the surrounding Mediterranean areas to bring the ultimate dining experience to our guests. The team is lead by Head Chef Juan Pedro Valera who has gained experience in Michelin star restaurants such as Restaurante Skina (by Marcos Granda), AbaC (by Jordi Cruz) and Rincon de Diego (by Diego and Rubén Campos). He spent the last 4 years of his career in London working as a chef in Ametsa With Arzak Instruction (by Elena and Juan Mari Arzak). Born in Jaen, Chef Juan Pedro unites his passion for local produce and the inspiration from the trends and styles of London to bring forward his vision of the Modern Mediterranean cuisine to FLAMMA.
